What are your carers credentials and qualifications?
All Red Zebra carers have current WWC. All Red Zebra carers have current Federal and NSW police checks.
Who are your carers?
All Red Zebra carers are experienced carers. I personally and professionally know and have worked with all carers for many years.
Do you bring activities or toys and equipment?
Yes! All our carers plan age appropriate activities and games to keep the children engaged in active play.
What ages do you care for?
We care for children of all ages — from babies and toddlers through to school-aged kids. Our team is trained to support a wide range of developmental stages.
How does the process work?
You let us know your event details, children’s ages and any special requirements.
Can you assist with children who have additional needs?
Yes — many of our carers have experience with behavioural, developmental and additional needs. Simply let us know in advance so we can match the right staff and tailor support.
How much notice do I need to book?
Wedding and event bookings should be made as early as possible — especially during peak Hunter Valley seasons.
Are meals or snacks included?
Our carers can assist with parent-provided food, bottles and snacks. For safety, we do not supply food, but we manage dietary requirements carefully, including preparing meals for the children.
